How to create timeless rich content
Rich content is more than long posts. It is material your audience actually finds useful and interesting: stories about real customers, lessons you learned this week, answers to questions people keep asking, and behind-the-scenes looks at how your business works. When running the business is the source of the content, the writing comes naturally and stays current.
Ideas for timeless rich content
Start by keeping a running list of questions from customers and prospects, then answer one each week. Add photos or short videos when they help, and tell the story behind the advice so readers can see how it applies to them. Content like this is hard for generic posts to match.
Keep it fresh
Review your older posts a few times a year and update anything that is out of date. Fresh, accurate content gives visitors a reason to return and keeps your site useful over time.
